OUR BEGINNING: A TEXAN VISION
Jets Us Group LLC was born out of true entrepreneurship and Texas grit. As a veteran of over a thousand process improvements across different industries such as transportation & logistics, hospitality, and manufacturing throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, our founders saw firsthand how service providers and their customers were left wanting more which left Many small businesses, especially in the rideshare industry to fall short - delays, inconsistent service, missed opportunities - while customers paid the price (premium) with their time, convenience, and peace of mind. Rather than observe and/or complain, Jets Us Group LLC saw an opportunity to raise the bar. Grounded in the values that make our state proud and rooted in Texas hospitality, a new path was set: one built on unmatched dependability, a focus on customer-centered implementations at every turn, and a real understanding of technology-based automation.
